房間乾淨衞生，跟寬敞，服務員每天都及時清理，跟同級別住宿比起來性價比很高。距離濱海新區幾個主要景點距離跟附近酒店稍遠一點，但是打個車很快就到了，費用也不好，非常合算。酒店服務態度也很好。強烈推薦。

客房太垃圾了，時不時能聞到發黴的味道，窗户不隔音，一晚上根本就睡不踏實，車過來過去的聲音太吵。

房價低，但是設施極其老舊，屋內異味嚴重，洗浴更是費勁，晚上都沒洗澡。還有那個空調，看機殼黃的程度，應該20年以上了😂，反正就是哽哽響不制熱。。。。。。

設備齊全，隔音較好。就是冷了一些。供暖效果差。前台服務不是很好。網上平台提前預訂的。每次都要按金。房間衞浴用品齊全。
