不多説了，看圖吧。一進門我打開燈發現衞生間地有很多水漬，還有頭髮。房間挨着馬路邊，我覺得很吵，就拉開窗簾看看是不是沒關窗，拉開的一瞬間就有可大一衹蟲趴在牆上，我沒見過蟑螂所以不確定這個是不是，個頭真的很大，快到礦泉水瓶蓋那麼大。當時我又驚又怕，就打了前台電話，前台説叫保潔來收拾，保潔是個大叔，大叔進來拿着拖把隨便拖了兩下。捉蟲子的時候大叔説他也沒見過這麼大的蟲子，他也害怕。我説這屋子我不敢住了，誰知道還會不會有其他蟲，大叔還質疑説這大蟲是我開窗户放進來的，蒼天有眼，我連窗户都沒碰到，拉開窗簾它就在那！後來協商換了一間房，酒店沒有表示任何歉意，處理態度隨意。本來不想發的，今天翻相冊看到拍的照片，覺得還是有必要讓可能入住的客人清楚這樣的環境！
