該有的都有 ，離地鐵站很近，出行非常方便。這兩天剛好趕上台風抵達好在住的地方沒什麼影響。總體來説是性價比很好了。

周邊都是舊房了，木板各方面腐朽，蟑螂多，設備老化，格局都是統一沒有區域分別，可能年代久遠的原因吧，畢竟是七八十年代的房子了，也不挑什麼了
