進去房間發現床上有坐踏的痕跡，説實話當時也沒在意，可是第二天去衞生間💩發現衞生間竟然沒有紙，當時就着急了，解決了一半發現沒紙，趕緊讓家人去房間裏找下，結果房間裏也沒紙，大家自己意會吧。
稍後給前台打電話問是什麼情況，回答是工作疏忽了。我説一會到前台説吧，等我到了前台，又告訴我説，是上一個顧客把紙拿走了，我忽然明白了，這是房間沒收拾就接着安排給我了呀，我非常不滿意，我問前台怎麼辦，前台説留個電話，稍後讓店長聯繫我，我是4日入住，今天是9號了，連個道歉都沒有，還店長給我聯繫什麼的，就是為了打發我離店啊。明天給如家客服打電話投訴這家店。奉勸大家，遠離如家，遠離這家店。

新裝修後的酒店，一如既往的好，前台服務熱情周到，房間安靜整潔，衞生打掃及時，機器人送餐也很方便，周圍吃的也非常多，推薦！
