這已經是第三次入住萬豪行政公寓了，房間很大，適合一家人出遊入住，雖然設備設施略顯陳舊，尤其是電視確實該換換了，但員工的服務意識和態度值得肯定。入住期間從前廳田甜經理到客房部服務員左女士以及自助餐廳經理和服務人員都很熱情，安排的也很到位。因為有高齡長者，更是給予了特別關照。總之全家人此次天津之旅非常開心，當然愉快的住宿體驗也是不可或缺的一部分。我們還會再來的。

房間非常滿意，入住的時候還很貼心給我預訂的兩間房都做了升級。管家小姐姐超級細心，提前問了入住要求，安排了小童牙刷拖鞋浴袍，服務很周到。對房間硬件也特別滿意，自帶廚房和洗衣機，帶着長者孩子出行，實在是再便利不過了。保潔阿姨服務也很好，主動給孩子拖鞋換了合適的尺碼，還會幫忙烘乾衣服。下次來濱海絕對還會選萬豪行政公寓！

一大家子在小長假的尾巴來濱海新區，提前一個多月就選擇了萬豪的公寓，沒有辜負大家的期望，服務到位，無愧萬豪品牌。服務生留下的字條感覺很貼心。二層中餐廳也值得推薦。

提前訂的開放式套房，到前台辦理時直接告知升級成一室一廳，當時還挺欣喜，結果到房間一看給分配了一間最差的房型，位於走廊盡頭，客廳和卧室窗户都是長寬不足50公分的狹窄小窗，房間內灰暗壓抑，像監獄一樣，家屬直接打電話給前台要求換房，前台一聽描述就知道是怎麼回事，立馬同意給換房，換後的房就是正常大窗户的一室一廳，明亮了很多。。。
去辦入住時誤去了辦刷臉識別的，女服務員非常冷漠的説不在這辦，隨後去了另一個前台辦入住的一位女服務員態度不好，整體冷漠，自作主張給換最次的房間不知道是何居心，我們還帶着孩子，當然我是一個人去辦的入住前台沒看到孩子。給換房的女服務員態度挺好，後來還送了水果表達歉意，在走廊碰到保潔大姐給了小童洗漱用品和拖鞋，但是衹有牙刷沒有牙膏。。。
房間比較乾淨，早餐也還可以，就是趕在假期人比較多。。。。
前台女服務員服務有待改善。。。不符合酒店標準。。。
整體都沒有服務意識，在前台準備辦入住時不知道去哪個前台辦，好幾個穿着工作服的沒有一個人詢問引導，給人的感覺很混亂。。。
離店時前台男服務員送了玩偶和兩瓶水，這是唯一能感受到服務的一瞬間。。。。
前台服務三星，衞生標準五星，早餐四星。。。

此行選擇萬豪行政公寓非常成功，二居室三個人住着非常舒服，空間很大，兩個衞生間，互不打擾。工作人員也很好，路過的每一位工作人員都很熱情。特別是田甜，孩子臨時幾次要打印卷子，不到十分鐘就幫忙打印放到了房間裏，還提前幫忙安排了乳膠枕，細節滿滿。

這次五一節帶孩子到濱海新區遊玩選擇入住了萬豪行政公寓的一室一廳房型，真是正確的選擇，房間寬敞，設施齊全，酒店還給我們準備了歡迎水果，晚安牛奶，衞生打掃及時，服務態度很好，酒店早餐比較有天津特色，總之入住體驗很好，下次再去濱海還會繼續選擇入住。
