帶長者出遊選擇民宿比較謹慎，公寓位置很好海河與步行街中間地帶。濱江道步行街溜達溜達，賞賞古建築，嚐嚐小吃炸糕麻花包子煎餅，老字號正陽春天津烤鴨店都很方便。由於帶着輪椅還幫忙選擇了寬敞些高樓層房間，不出門可以露台處賞景。由於在中心地段位置優越，選擇推薦了收費地面停車場30元一天也很合適，洗漱間寬敞，淋浴水流也不錯，總之家人滿意謝謝。

房間很是寬敞，陽光大窗，窗前設定了一張桌子很愜意，床和枕頭非常舒服，投影有私人影院的效果，清晰度很高。天津中心位，樓下就是海河，可以延海河公園晨跑，體驗一下天津海河的橋文化。這裏24小時熱水，洗漱用品一應俱全，洗衣機，冰箱，微波爐是免費使用的，客房服務很是周到，房間佈置很温馨典雅，是我喜歡的調性，乾淨衞生，性價比很高，推薦出差和商旅

設施：雖然有的用不上，但是非常齊全，冰箱洗衣機
衞生：比較乾淨，但可能因為那間房子的原因，木地板和冰箱會有咯噔比較大的聲音
環境：視野沒的説，離濱海步行街幾步路
