5月2號下午兩點半到酒店，訂了兩間房，房間打掃不出來，讓等候兩小時左右，等到三點多，還沒消息，就去前台看看啥情況，等候時，有客人態度強硬要入住要休息，前台在請示主管後説，剛好有一間房，就這麼給人安排了。。難道是誰鬧誰有房，會哭的孩子有奶吃，安靜等候的人就活該等着嗎？！在跟前台交涉後，終於給了一個房間，但是，另一個房間還是讓等，居然不是按照順序給安排，前台讓我隨時打電話自己詢問。。把孩子和長者安置好，我開始打電話詢問，衹説要確認一下是否有房再回復我，等候兩次都不見回覆，這時候已經四點多了，我就下樓去前台詢問，終於又有房了。。整體感覺就是酒店管理很混亂，看人下菜碟，不會再入住了

很不錯，老牌五星級，性價比高，位置優，雖然年頭久一些，但是服務好，地理位置非常棒。健身房和泳池很贊，唯一小瑕疵，就是泳池淺側衹有75cm。總體還是很滿意。

一開始定這裏，因為離着五大道很近，出行非常方便，入住之後沒想到被子和床墊非常舒適，住了很多酒店，這家的床墊和被子真的很贊，會睡得非常好。。且前台的劉蕊經理服務周到體貼，點贊👍

It was the May Day holiday so there were many people, but this old five-star hotel was well organized and not messy at all. Mineral water and cola were provided in the lobby. We lined up in an orderly manner for breakfast and were led directly to our tables by the waiters. The waiters in the fitness center were warm and friendly, which deserves praise.
