Major area for improvement is Concierge management. They dont even have a weighing scale for luggages. No one cares about the loading and unloading area outside thel obby. Many times, long waiting vehicles clog that area causing arriving and departing hotel guests with luggages so much inconvenience.

Nice hotel. The location was good, with nice buildings around. Plenty of facilities like the swim pool, spa, the gym, etc. The rooms were clean and comfy. Would visit there again.
I really enjoyed the pool it was the perfect temperature and you could watch a tv show while you are on the treadmill in the gym. Plus, the room has a good view of the city, which is very cool.Really wanted to go again.

Very classy hotel with professionally trained staff.Breakfast nice and widespread of food .Near to Wu da DAO ,7-11, restaurants, malls....etc. Only dislike are the doggies poo on the streets around hotel

Very nice hotel ! Big rooms, great service.
Nearby the restaurant, there is a great japanese restaurant ! Must go.

In the past two days, I went to Tianjin for a trip and chose The Westin Tianjin Hotel. The experience was very good. The senior members within the group are also well taken care of at Westin. Especially the lobby manager, Angel, who was very patient with the elderly, left a deep impression. I hope to have the chance to visit Westin again.

Westin hotel facilities, service angel quality, and some business hotels are very different. A wide variety of breakfasts, new room facilities, comfortable beds, and overall excellent value for money was a very satisfying experience. Extra bed available, parking at the door, close to several subway stations, 7 or 8 minutes walk.

The front desk angel service is warm and thoughtful, and the problems raised can be solved with heart. The whole environment is warm and quiet, and the room is clean and tidy. Will choose again next time.

The location is close to a train and close to many tourist spots and restaurants. Staff is excellent: helpful and pleasant. I went to iSpa on the 6th floor and had a great experience. The only drawback is that the room is a little outdated and there are no plugs by the bed. Still I’ll stay here again when I come back to Tianjin.
