Discrepancies between the booking on Trip.com and hotel front desk. Difficult to check in even tho the booking was right. No time for blame game at the end of a long journey. Wish it could have been better check in experience…

酒店浴室是舊的，舊的程度三線城市澡堂
服務：好在服務人員態度挺好的至少是我去住期間接觸的3個服務員。希望在這個地段能提供更完善的服務，酒店內68元一杯咖啡居然用速溶，這麼高的房費應該贈送一杯。或者提升咖啡品質，而不是無時無刻的宰客

地理位置非常優越，離天津站不遠，酒店後面就是海河步行道，離市中心各景點也很近。
酒店內部設施有待提高，首先就是Wi-Fi信號根本連不上，衹能前台專門給拿過來一個路由器用；其次是第一天入住，就發現沐浴露全空，洗髮露基本也空的差不多了，保潔的工作沒有做好。
