記得以前空港格蘭雲天賓館時期還是非常不錯的，在空港經濟區皇冠假日之後就數這家了。但換了東家之後感覺下降了很多，房間不是很乾凈也有異味，早餐也實在不好吃，有時前台沒有人值班。希望能有所改善，不然這麼好的酒店品牌可惜了。不能光靠價格優勢吸引顧客，關鍵還是品質和服務。
