每次出差天津都住這裏，離辦事點比較近，
酒店硬件設施比較舊，但設備齊全，尚可，
早餐搭配合理，豐盛。餐廳的小姐姐服務熱情，好像叫什麼蕊的，給你點贊！
上次提到早餐飲料杯子太小問題，這次已改進（圖5-6），非常棒！點贊！

家門口比較好的酒店之前是碧桂園地產的b碧桂園鳳凰酒店後來摘牌了 酒店設施比較齊全環境裝修大氣 有一點點度假酒店風格都有陽台房間寬敞明亮。
服務中比較好 雖然服務員不多但是服務都還積極。

허니문 스위트 객실 시설은 전반적으로 좋았음. 단, 온수가 너무 안 나오고, 인터넷이 느림... 조식도 7:30부터 시작이라 너무 늦어 결국 조식 못 먹고 나옴...(아침 골프 라운딩) 다른 호텔들은 대부분 6시 또는 6:30부터 조식 제공함...
