房間一進屋有一股發黴的味道，桌面有一小層灰，衞浴常用的東西，基本上得自行打電話和前台要，第一次要浴缸的東西，保潔説一開始就沒有這個東西，然後前台又説有，這個最不能接受的，然後用電暖壺千萬別開燈，開燈燈就閃，電壓不穩，空調還是不是的自動關閉，怎麼也冷不下來

房間裝修風格太老舊了，衞生也一般，連毛巾都是茲着邊的，床品也不舒服，設施上除了泳池其他也沒有啥亮點了，帶孩子去泳池，被要求穿泳衣入內，可是我並不想下水，問是否能幫忙看孩子，服務人員也表示不能負責，又不讓我入內又不能幫我看娃的的政策屬實矛盾。除了工作人員的服務態度相對可以以外，其他真的不如其他同等級酒店。
