出差選擇的這家，偏好的説這是一次好的體驗，地理位置，距離五號線體育中心站300米左右，還是好找的，打車也很方便，高架就在旁邊快速出行，酒店附近還有奧城商業街，夜市城，吃的品種多，衞生方面我覺得還可以，每天都有給做續住打掃，生活用品及時補充，裝修設施商務風，衞生間大，熱水很足，床墊也很舒服，小愛同學智能全可以操作（電視、窗簾、燈光），衹需叫小愛同學説一聲就可以，很nice，服務方面，熱情周到，解決在店期間能辦到的所有事，我們是提前聯繫的，到店就有接待我們，還給我們幫忙調整房間，介紹房間按照喜好選擇，送到房間，介紹天津哪裡遊玩，前台辦理的速度也很快，後面還幫忙打印東西，總的來説挺好的，下次來天津還來他家。服務很自在，沒有距離感，也不會讓人覺得煩，盡心盡力幫忙解決需求，滿足要求，省心。

從北京過來天津玩的，酒店很乾凈很智能，適合現代年輕人，周邊沒什麼可玩的，衹是靠近體育中心，要去海河坐地鐵得40分鐘左右，整體算ok，前台小劉服務比較熱情，點贊👍

沒見過那麼差的酒店….. 入房味道像那種泡了好幾天的漂白水臭死了 味道 窗户還是被貼上了膠帶….回頭就看到毛巾浴巾都是破的很不開心這也不是破那麼多個洞給我們使用的道理！
第二天出去玩回來晚上了 我朋友去前台許一個晚上前台是怎麼回答的？？？ 哦 好的 你可以去前台續…. what？？？ 拿到這裏不是前台嗎？ 我們問 他來一句：哦 要不你們平台續吧…. 好無語 當場我就問 這是不想上班 來摸魚的嗎？ 他也不以為然…
更可恨的是我們上樓居然房門打不開暈死掉了！
三更半夜回來們打不開 在那裡等他們….. 那個上來的前台不死不活的慢悠悠的過來給我們開門一聲不好意思都沒有，我們説門卡為什麼沒用 他來一句那就用這張吧 很無所謂的樣子！！！
整個人都不舒服了 第三天退房我們兩退房 我們朋友沒退 吧哥前台看到我們來一句 哇！四個人一個房間…. 這培訓的也太好了吧 真有禮貌 看到四個人的第一反應居然是這樣的…. 我朋友沒有退算是四個人一個房間 你這個不一樣這樣沒禮貌！
PS：他們有洗衣機沒洗衣液…. 問前台明天有洗衣液嗎 不一定 應該沒有 沒有那麼快的….！ 無語！ 體驗是真的差！ 還一千多一個晚上…. 我看唯一的好處就是離體育館進 剛好那兩天有演唱會！ 對了 都不管管定價的嗎？ 我們退房後的價格居然變成兩百…. 兩百和兩千… 這老闆真牛👍🏻！

服務：前台非常熱情，服務很到位。一開始的房間看不到奧體中心，跟前台溝通一下就給換了。買了芒果沒有刀，跟前台小王説了下，直接讓廚房切好送過來了。
