酒店位於濱海新區，旁邊爛尾樓很多，但是非常乾淨整齊，門廳接待人員很有禮貌，房間很乾凈，很温馨，礦泉水5瓶一個房間，表揚，小冰箱，茶具，非常方便，一次性用具質量很好，床舒服，枕頭合適，房間配備取電卡，很好。
