Facilities: The room is small, suitable for one person.
Hygiene: Clean
Environment: Fifth Avenue, close to the subway, great location
Service: It is a homestay, so there is no service and no expectations. The cafe downstairs seems to be a popular one

Excellent location on line 1, so great for moving around the city. Also walking distance to plenty of great coffee shops and sights. Secure swipe entry to main door and rooms. Cute coffee shop as part of the hotel. My room had a bath which also provided a bath bomb for a small charge.
