The hotel's location is excellent, quieter than other hotels along the Haihe River, with convenient dining options nearby, and a 7-Eleven downstairs. Parking is free for guests. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and Lynn at the front desk was very helpful in answering our questions. A great stay overall.

I frequently stay at this hotel, and this time I brought my family. The room was spacious, cozy, and spotlessly clean after housekeeping. It's also conveniently located near attractions. Anna, who works here, is incredibly gentle and provides thoughtful service, making our stay very comfortable and reassuring. We're very satisfied. The bread and ice cream in the lobby are also quite good!

Clean, comfortable, and consistently reliable as always! The underground parking has been updated, so you no longer have to use the entrance/exit from the adjacent office building; it's now accessible directly from within the complex, which is much more convenient. The area is quiet, perfect for traveling with kids.

Our trip was at a relaxed pace, and we stayed at this hotel for several nights, enjoying every single day. The environment was quiet and pleasant, and the daily housekeeping was exceptionally thorough. Sylvia, an absolute angel, consistently provided gentle and polite service, always ready to help and incredibly patient and attentive. This is a truly warm and conscientious hotel.

The rooms are great [strong] and quite clean. I booked two rooms, and it wasn't specified that they would have a river view, but the front desk lady gave us one with a Haihe River view, which was fantastic! [strong]

Choosing this hotel for my trip was an absolute steal! The price was excellent, yet the service and facilities were top-notch. This was my first stay at the Wanda Vista Tianjin, and it was a great experience! The hotel has an excellent location with convenient transportation access, and there's plenty of parking in the underground garage, so getting around is a breeze. The suite was very spacious with a well-designed layout, and the view was absolutely superb, offering panoramic vistas of the Hai River. My stay coincided with Chinese New Year, and the hotel was beautifully decorated with a festive atmosphere. The service was also excellent, and we even received complimentary holiday fruits and snacks. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a 24-hour gym. I highly recommend this hotel for family trips!

The room was at the very end of the hall, but the hallway itself was very pleasant and spacious, so it didn't feel cramped at all, which was great. The hotel has free parking downstairs, which is really convenient for guests arriving by car, and there are even charging stations, so feel free to enjoy your stay. Although this hotel isn't in the main tourist area, it's conveniently located for daily life – it's not far from the local market or morning market, which is a nice touch 🙂

This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in Tianjin, and I've been here several times. First, the facilities are old. The TV couldn't screen mirror, the toilet made loud noises at night when flushing, and the bathroom door wouldn't even close properly. Second, the hygiene was terrible. I won't even mention the persistent stains on the toilet lid and table that wouldn't come off. What really set me off was discovering bloodstains on the sheets the first night, just as I was about to go to sleep. I asked for them to be changed, only to find what looked like footprints on the second set of sheets. I had to call someone again to change them, and the person who came was incredibly rude. I get that you don't want to work late at night, but who can sleep on dirty sheets?? All in all, our two-day stay here was very frustrating. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

The soundproofing in the hotel room was excellent; I could only hear the evening breeze late at night. The bedding was so soft that I fell asleep the moment I lay down. Even the toiletries had a refreshing woody scent—every detail exuded comfort. The freshly made *jianbing guozi* at breakfast was incredibly authentic, with crispy fritters that crunched perfectly. Paired with a bowl of old tofu, it was a taste of Tianjin's local flavor right from the morning. Wendy at the front desk provided superb service! The room facilities were complete, and it was clean and tidy. Parking was convenient, making it incredibly good value for money.
