説實話整體還是不錯的，無論設施設備，服務。
但是少給了一分就是我有個快遞耳機，送到禮賓部我告知房號也沒有給我送過來，這個應該給送一下到房間，萬麗酒店都是會送的。一時也忙忘了取，最後遺漏在酒店

這家酒店裝修比較老了，淋雨設施比較簡陋，服務態度還可以，但是對標的五星級顯然是不夠的，早上9.30準時客房服務，我也是第一次遇到，早餐蠻好的👌

The best hotel I stayed in Tianjin. When I got off the bus, they would help me take my suitcases to the lobby. Every hotel staff greeted me with a smile. The room was very clean and the breakfast was rich. If I have the opportunity to come to Tianjin again next time, I will choose Ritz-Carlton👍.
