服務是相當差了，五一人多，我定的標間，給我調的大床，我説多加個被子吧，説沒有多餘的，房間的茶盤都是粘的太噁心了，沒拍，前台服務可以吃着冰棍，難怪不是星級酒店，晚上睡覺2點空調通風響了一宿沒法睡，真倒黴死了

房間不打掃？專門説了讓打掃房間，晚上回來一看沒打掃，問前台，説不知道是客房部的事，最後不了了之，連一個衞生痘打掃不好的酒店，是怎麼好意思收費800一天的？

衞生實在是太差了，中午1點多到店，地面非常亂，房間床品臟，毛巾床上都有頭髮，牀頭櫃有水漬，衞生間的廁紙是用過的，沙發上有塵土。最無語的是外賣到了居然不幫忙放到機器人裏面送到房間。真心對不起900一晚的價格。近幾年住過最差的酒店沒有之一。
