相較於其他城市同品牌酒店，總體感覺稍差，除了在位置上。禮賓部服務到位，熱情主動，前台服務讓人有些敷衍～

交通非常方便

Расположен не в центре, рядом много торговых комплексов, сам отель красиво оформлен, много деталей интерьера, цветов, хороший запах на входе, но на 20 этаже пахло плохо и на этаже с рестораном пахло не хорошо. Заселяют и выселяют достаточно долго. Завтрак китайский наверное обширный (по крайней мере много всего для них), для европейцев завтрак очень скудный, голодными не уйдете, но для отеля такого уровня этой сети ожидалось большего. Люди набирают в пакеты еду с собой и фрукты и йогурты и даже яйца. Видимо так принято там. Манго из-за них не хватило)) все было в их пакетах. Чай как и во многих городов Китая из чана (просто какое то пойло), на чай мало похоже. Для второго раза выберу другой отель. Уборка хорошая. Номер хороший, комфортный.

In addition, the hotel has a night bed, which is very good, and a bucket of ice was directly replenished. Executive Lounge Classic Afternoon Tea: The lounge service is really good. Afternoon tea, dinner and happy hour were all experienced, and the experience was very good! There are not many types of afternoon tea, but they are very exquisite. The cocktail variety is OK, and the taste is good!

Before staying at Four Seasons Tianjin, I had very low expectations, mainly because the Four Seasons in China have never been up to the standard that Four Seasons should be. We have stayed at almost all Four Seasons except those in the United States and Canada. The Four Seasons abroad are indeed absolutely top-notch, the top luxury hotel at the top of the pyramid. The Four Seasons in Guangzhou and Beijing in China are very average, and the two in Shanghai have withdrawn. Even the Four Seasons has fallen to the same level as Hilton. But I didn't expect that the Tianjin one gave me a surprise. First of all, the service. When I had breakfast, Han Yiming from Four Seasons was Ms. Elodie received us. Miss Han made us experience the long-lost service level of Four Seasons abroad. Her style of conversation, her memory and attention to our personal preferences and names, and her ability to touch the teapot with her own hands to decide whether to add hot water made us feel that Four Seasons was back. Thank you Miss Han. In addition, I like the suite room of Four Seasons Tianjin very much. I feel that it is the best hardware of Four Seasons in China. The room has golden walls, milky white doors and partitions and washbasins, rich deep yellow cabinets and window arches. The combination is very high-end and temperament, giving people a sense of spaciousness and brightness. The room is large enough, exuding a unique luxury and style of Four Seasons. I will stay there next time.

We booked an executive room, which was very big, with a living room and two bathrooms. However, the minibar was not free in the executive room, which was a bit stingy... The executive lounge was not big, the dinner was average, but the drinks were good, including cocktails and champagne. The location was convenient except for the traffic jam, and the outdoor lounge on the ninth floor was recommended for checking in.

這次的入住讓我對四季酒店的品牌管理驚呆了！從未想到會如此！首先入住的時候説我的房間小，要不要升級到大一點可以吸煙的，ok，花錢升級了，結果到了門口刷卡，怎麼都打不開門，又去電梯口打電話叫服務，後來服務沒到，是在電梯口偶遇到客房服務員，幫我刷開了門，然後説是我的卡沒做好，又下樓去重新做卡。門鈴按鈕位置居然掉進去了，驚呆了！説是吸煙房，裏面煙灰缸和火柴都沒有，攜程預訂的歡迎水果也沒有！空調一開，有一股灰塵滿天的味道，真是無語了！臨走開發票等了超過十分鐘，還好預留了足夠時間去高鐵站，否則可能都要趕不上高鐵了！！！！！希望可以加強一下管理和服務，不要為了能多個幾百元房費就折騰我們住店客人！謝謝

四季酒店很好很不錯～特別是酒店早餐，出乎我意料…下次來天津我會繼續選擇它～
