第二次入住天津四季，住了個套房，房間很大！
樓層也很高。
設施：套房有兩個衞生間，避免了打架，哈哈哈不錯。
衞生：衞生整體來説很好，不過角落還是需要注意一些。
服務：服務特別好，前台小杜很好，還給了一些出遊建議。
客服保潔阿姨也特別好，衞生打掃🧹很乾凈，補東西也很及時。
另外酒店有開夜床，很好嗷，還給直接補了一桶冰。
行政酒廊經典下午茶:酒廊服務真的特好。下午茶，晚餐還有happy hour 都體驗了，體驗感非常好！
下午茶品類不多但很精緻。
雞尾酒種類還可以，味道也好！

住天津四季前，我期望拉的很低，主要是國內的四季一直達不到四季應該在的水準，我們住過除了美國和加拿大外的幾乎全部四季，國外四季那確實是絕對頂級，金字塔尖位置的頂奢酒店，國內的廣州，北京四季都很一般，上海的兩家都撤了，甚至於堂堂四季居然淪落到和希爾頓一個水平，但是沒想到天津的給了我一個驚喜，首先説服務，吃早餐時是四季的韓藝銘 Elodie女士接待的，韓小姐讓我們體會到了久違的國外四季有的服務水準，她談吐的風格方式，對我們私人偏好和名字的記憶和關注，能夠用自己的手去觸摸茶壺決定是否給加熱水，這一切讓我們感覺四季又回來了，感謝韓小姐，此外天津四季的套房房間我很喜歡，感覺是目前國內四季硬件最好的，房間是黃金色的牆壁，乳白如玉的門和隔板以及洗手枱，豐收深黃的櫃子和窗户拱頂，搭配起來很是高端和氣質，給人一種寬闊敞亮的感覺，房間面積夠大，透着一種四季特有的奢華和風格，下次在住

定的行政房，房間很大，有個客廳，兩個衞生間，不過行政房居然minibar也不免費，是不是有點太摳了……行政酒廊不大，晚餐一般，酒水還不錯可以調雞尾酒，還有香檳。地理位置除了堵車，去哪都方便，九層的户外酒廊推薦去打卡。

這次的入住讓我對四季酒店的品牌管理驚呆了！從未想到會如此！首先入住的時候説我的房間小，要不要升級到大一點可以吸煙的，ok，花錢升級了，結果到了門口刷卡，怎麼都打不開門，又去電梯口打電話叫服務，後來服務沒到，是在電梯口偶遇到客房服務員，幫我刷開了門，然後説是我的卡沒做好，又下樓去重新做卡。門鈴按鈕位置居然掉進去了，驚呆了！説是吸煙房，裏面煙灰缸和火柴都沒有，攜程預訂的歡迎水果也沒有！空調一開，有一股灰塵滿天的味道，真是無語了！臨走開發票等了超過十分鐘，還好預留了足夠時間去高鐵站，否則可能都要趕不上高鐵了！！！！！希望可以加強一下管理和服務，不要為了能多個幾百元房費就折騰我們住店客人！謝謝
