酒店地理位置不錯，海光寺地鐵站出來走一小段就到了，後面有條街全都是吃的，酒店在一個角落裡比較安靜！環境和硬件設施還是不錯，尤其是床墊和枕頭。樓道里的地毯略有味道，廁所地面黏黏的，需要更進一步清理！最需要改善的軟件服務態度，前台幾個工作人員都是儘可能不理會不配合解答攜程會員權益或者預訂的任何問題，聯繫攜程也沒有聯繫方式，還要用客人的手機撥打，這還是頭一次遇到，如果真不想和攜程合作，那就退出好了，沒必要為難顧客！
