雖然是五星酒店，但非節假日價格比較優惠，裝修不新但質量很好，設施都能不床品舒適，被罩有些發舊但很乾凈，寬敞的客房，豪華的大廳，很有檔次，外部環境也非常好，餐廳餐食品種按五星標準屬於一般，但價格也與其相符，前台服務態度超級好，免費升級了朝陽的房間，贈送了浴缸衞生膜，退房時也有禮品贈送。

房間寬敞，景色好，還有一個室外陽台，看落日和日出很愜意。
裝修稍微有點舊，缺少一些智能化設施，不過這是錦上添花的。目前還是能滿足使用需求的。
前台魯雅芳很熱情，幫忙免費升級了大床房，對周邊景點也很瞭解，給推薦了好吃好玩的地方，不錯。

城堡很贊，衹能住店客人才能進去參觀。大嘴猴的loft也很大很划算。但是小童樂園游泳池等娛樂設施有些陳舊，服務也一般。當天正好趕上某個授課包場自助餐廳沒法用晚餐，衹能去中餐廳零點

主要有以下幾點是我連續住了四個晚上的評價：
1. 隔音效果差，我住的LOFT可以聽見隔壁別人上下樓梯的聲音還有其他動靜。
2. 在我入住的第三個早上，保潔在早上九點多要進來打掃。按了門鈴，我當時在樓上，也不方便下去，但是保潔已經直接刷卡進來了。幸好我有兩次上鎖那個卡扣的位置。要不後果很嚴重
3. 衞生打掃有待提升，地上的頭髮都還在，甚至有一個垃圾桶的東西沒清理
4. 1506房間的燈光很昏暗，不舒服
5. 度假村有一些付費活動，比如我們最後一天去了棋牌室。50一個小時，但是沒有任何飲料
6. 熱水不穩定，忽冷忽熱。
7. 回來之後發現雙腿有一顆一顆，奇癢無比
