設施：酒店整體很新 房間寬敞亮堂 佈局合理 床軟硬合適 床品質量不錯 住得非常舒服 唯一不足的是窗户衹能開一個小縫隙 自然通風不太好 空調打開後噪音有點大
衞生：非常乾淨 房間打掃得很細緻 很喜歡的一點是服務員會詢問是否需要每日換床單 給不同需求的客人一個選擇
服務：絕對值得大大稱讚 不管是前台還是房間或者餐廳服務人員都非常禮貌熱情 主動且耐心地幫忙解決問題 入住時給升級了房型 退房時還給了兩瓶水 感覺非常貼心
餐食：早餐種類豐富 味道不錯 性價比高
環境：酒店位置極好 挨着鼓樓 離古文化街也很近 門口就是公交車站 步行15分鐘能到地鐵 去各個景點和火車站都很方便 酒店旁邊就有便利店和商場 步行10分鐘可到海河邊
總之，非常愉快和享受的一次住宿體驗 以後還會選擇住在這裏。

酒店設施新，隔音好。地理位置好，離哪都近，周圍很多天津小吃。服務態度也好，因為有長者，上午出去遊玩，回酒店休息一會，跟前台小劉一説，就給延長了退房時間，服務很周到
