一進房間，衞生看着就很乾凈，酒店服務也很好，雖然訂的不是能看天津之眼的房間，但是樓道等電梯處完全能看到，而且還拍了照片。離天津之眼一個馬路的距離，前台小姐姐指導我怎麼訂票，非常有耐心，還送了小朋友氣球。帶着小朋友，有小朋友的洗漱用品和拖鞋。
周圍環境因為緊挨海河邊和天津之眼，酒店樓下又有那種一條長長的小吃攤，所以酒店外的衞生環境不是特別好。還有離店時，前台小哥哥不知道是打電話忘了還是太忙了，沒有處理車輛離開停車場的手續，導致我們到了出口又返回來處理。其他都很滿分。早餐就是一般。
