這家賓館大堂和門外停車很方便，這也是最迷惑住客辦理快速住宿的地方，可接下來就把浴池休息房當住宿用，而且房間內設施陳舊，陰暗無窗，房門裝個壞鎖，而且還在門下方。當你去因門鎖等問題要求退房時，前台非説門鎖是好的（派出所警察也明確説明依法這類浴池休息房間不許上鎖）當時還有四名男學生模樣的住客也是因此退房，遭到拒絕。這樣的入駐體驗真是太糟了，有損天津形象！去哪兒網對入駐酒店的資質和服務也缺乏管理，實屬不該啊

早上六點半被人叫醒，非説我們訂了早餐，敲門的時候就解釋説沒有了，下去了還打電話又問了一遍，一點沒睡好，走的時候還問我們需要早餐嗎，對於早上打擾我們的事也沒有道歉，很難不懷疑是推銷早餐的。住的地方挺大，但是不提供瓶裝水和抽紙巾，衹有廁所的捲紙，吹風機接觸不良風還小，很難想象是三百多一晚的酒店。

房子從進門的門鎖就很破爛，床坐着都吱吱響，洗臉枱也是破的，空調也是很舊很舊的，插座也是鬆垮垮的，都沒辦法充電，前台服務也很不好，蚊香都是需要點燃的還不給打火機直接説沒有，態度一點也不好，隔音非常不好

好評都是刷的吧，進房間什麼都需要花錢，浴缸那麼臟，用一下浴缸套都需要18塊？那我要是不用浴缸套被傳染什麼病了酒店負責嗎？拿客人的健康做買賣，真沒見過這種前台各種推銷，説定的房間是用來引流的，需要多交30塊錢才能入住……做生意做飯這種程度別太噁心了，浴缸裏全都是上一位留下的臟東西……真的被噁心到了
