優點：酒店房間比較寬敞，設施算比較新。房間浴缸是獨立的，這方面個人比較喜歡，套個浴袋更方便。
性價比挺高的，小童樂園一大一小還送兩份主食和小食。雖然意麪沒什麼味道，但鹵肉飯蠻香的。
泳池人很多。
遊樂園黃色透明相間的滾筒滑梯有安全隱患，下來的時候有點陡，我和孩子都有不同程度的擦傷。玩兒的時候建議穿着長袖長褲。樂園們哦工作人員服務很好。
節日有表演活動，先不説質量，有這份心就值得誇讚。
缺點：大堂服務完全跟不上，和集團酒店管理差距非常大。房間熱水有問題，聯繫一小時不見經理，晚上將近12點才解決。
建議：住宿不要再周圍那一圈，往裡麪住一些，因為很吵！

第二次入住聖光，脱離萬豪以後，品質沒有降低，前台小鄭耐心給予解答，參加了篝火活動，孩子玩的很開心，晚餐早餐都可以

房間很乾凈，喊客房服務也很快，後面換房也很順利，地理位置不錯，距離景點都不遠，停車免費，大堂的小童小電車也不錯，小朋友愛玩，泳池人不多。楠楠服務很不錯！

自從有娃之後有時間就帶出去玩，住過不少酒店，從來沒寫過差評，這次是例外了。客房服務人員都很好，賓至如歸的感覺。最差勁的是早餐餐廳服務人員，我家孩子2歲半，那天早上狀態不好沒有吃早餐，我找服務人員（一位50歲左右的大姐）要早餐盒想給孩子打包兩個包子和1個雞蛋，並且我們已經把這些食物拿到桌子上了，本來也是給孩子吃的，不吃的話也是浪費了。大姐服務人員沒好氣的説：“對不起，餐廳不提供打包服務。”説完就冷漠的低頭看電腦，懶得多解釋一個字！然後我説：“我家孩子沒吃早飯，是給孩子打包的，拿不了太多，麻煩您找一下打包盒吧。”大姐服務人員依然無動於衷，説不行。我當時有點生氣了，説：“我昨天看到你們給其他顧客拿打包盒了的，為什麼不能給我們提供呢？”大姐服務人員依舊上綱上線的説：“你們房間的人已經都下來吃早餐了，不能打包了，如果想打包，找我們經理去吧。”我説：“那你給經理打電話吧。”大姐服務人員説：“沒法兒打，你自己去前台找吧。”後來在我的一再堅持下，找來號稱“二姐”的管理人員給我們拿了打包盒。這時候，因為跟她們不友好的溝通，我家孩子已經嚇得哭了好長時間。
這是一家五星級酒店！是享有“京津後花園”美譽的親子酒店！我們從北京大老遠過來是和孩子度過歡樂的親子時光的，在節假日、溢價這麼高的房價下，是來享受服務的，結果你們就是這麼對待顧客的嗎？看到孩子大哭不止一點憐憫之心都沒有。規定是死的，但人是活的，如果服務行業連服務都做不好，還有什麼前途？太讓人失望了！

房間空調不行，開了一晚上製冷，室內温度27，無語了，中間修了一次，當時有點涼快，後面又不行了，開了陽台門有紗窗，蟲子又進來了，這兩件事太崩潰了，早餐挺豐富的，中餐廳也打折不貴，孩子玩的樂園泳池挺好的
