1. Both our check-in and check-out was a breeze, efficiently processed by the front office. 2.Room was on par with usual Hyatt’s standard. 3.So happened we were in the room on two occasions when the chamber staff came to clean up. She was chatty and efficient . Kudos. 4. Breakfast spread was quite good and service level of waiting staff was generally ok, especially the senior level ones served with a pleasant disposition. Two of the junior ones, even though they did their assigned task, can do with better facial disposition. 5. Food for happy hour in the Club can do with more selection . 6. Love the gym with the view of the swimming pool. 7. Love the ambience in the Chinese restaurant (Wok in the Garden) on the third floor. Overall, the hotel is good value for money with a generally good service

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. First of all, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks for Jesse the receptionist who helped us to book a car to airport with his discount voucher. Food wise, the breakfast is quite lacklustre, options are ok but none of them are really tasty, suggest chef to relook into the food quality for breakfast spread. Not much amenities around but the foot spa next to the hotel is really a great place to rejuvenate after all the long walk.

It is a very nice property and very well maintained. Staff is nice. Beware if you are reaching late after 9pm since there is no room service after 9pm and you can starve. Also speaking English is challenge. Breakfast should have more continental options. Overall it was good experience.

Generally the hotel is clean, near subway, and a few stops away from central areas, as well as airport. Staff is mostly courteous and professional. However, we do encounter a loud uncle shouting at us when we get confused and walked my daughter towards the swiming pool men's changing room (not even close though).

- Really good service and friendliness at check-in. - The buffet dinner in the market cafe was good/decent. - Very presentable rooms - A lot better than the Courtyard Marriott! - Bed is not so comfortable - Walls are paper thin, you’ll hear women working hard.. - The pool changing rooms are quite dirty and untidy, also mobile phones in the hot pool/spa should be banned. - No extraction fan in the bathroom. - The air con works but there is a faint smell of cigarettes that wafts through the room.

Generally okay, other Hyatts in other cities offering more… but overall no fault to book the Hotel Perfect breakfast! Big windows in the room. Good front desk service!

The floor of the VIP Club is very spacious, and there is an extra bed for the child. Mr. Qiu, Ms. Fang, and Ms. Li Ling from the housekeeping department gave us sincere care and thoughtful service, which made me feel warm and at home, and I was very touched! Also, during breakfast, because the child did not get up and go downstairs to eat, the chef Billy on duty specially made hot pancakes for me to bring to the child. All of this made our family feel very satisfied with the experience. I believe that I will continue to patronize the Hyatt Hotel when I return to Tianjin in the future. See you later🤗😊

Booked two rooms, and I personally advise everyone not to come, it's a rip-off. As a star hotel, Hyatt is too different from other hotels of the same price. 1. Breakfast. Many people are looking forward to breakfast in star hotels. Here, you are disappointed. The restaurant is pitifully small, and the food can be compared to a small or medium-sized restaurant, three-star level. 2. Here, you have to run basic services by yourself. 3. Network, it will take a while to reconnect. 4. Payment, first pay the full amount, and then pay a deposit of 500 for each room. I asked the front desk, and the front desk told us to report it ourselves.
