The hotel was extremely dirty. Carpets haven’t been washed in a very long time, you could tell by the smell and how dirty they looked. Rooms and corridors didn’t smell good all. There was hair all over the carpet and the room was very dusty 😩😩 Breakfast options were limited, they didn’t have Western food which was a bit disappointing. Overall the hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious but the upkeep is terrible.

The room was directly upgraded to a superior king room upon arrival. It felt very comfortable and did not feel like being away from home. The facilities were relatively new and the robot service was very advanced. Breakfast for children was free. Homemade cookies were given as a gift when checking in and leaving the hotel.
