A very old five-star hotel! The gentleman at the front desk is very well-educated! Answer all questions, very patient!  I decided to move in temporarily and got upgraded to an executive room due to the off-season! The room is large, but it is indeed a bit tired. I was a little disappointed when I first entered the door. There are only two small bottles of mineral water for free in the room. I ordered two more bottles, maybe because there are few staff, it took a long time to deliver them! However, the large bed and pillows fully meet the five-star standards, and the comfort is a little surprising. The width of the large bed is at least two meters visually. 
What I want to complain about is the breakfast, it’s really bad! That is to say, it is at the level of a boutique hotel, maybe a bit inferior! The occupancy rate cannot be reached, and the abundance cannot be achieved? Then you are more refined? There wasn’t even a fried egg on site, only a few poached eggs that were cold and hard! There is a pancake and fruit spreader that can be used! There are not many other things...the milk is made from milk powder and there are only two kinds of fruits. . .

The experience is quite poor! ! ! Will not choose to stay 🙂 again
As a chain star hotel, even the most basic safety facilities can not be guaranteed, I don't know how the hotel manager does it.
When the mobile phone is unplugged at check-in, the socket leaks causing the charger and data cable to explode; the socket immediately appears to have a charred taste. (There are pictures and the truth) We immediately contacted the hotel to deal with it, and the room staff and technicians apologized to us and apologized for the damage caused to the equipment.
Subsequently, the staff on duty on the same day kept contacting the leader to report for communication. Due to the follow-up itinerary, we chose to leave first and communicate with the hotel on WeChat. The hotel refused to admit that it was an explosion caused by the hotel in the follow-up communication. Originally, I chose to leave WeChat to communicate with the hotel because of my trust. Who knows, I got this reply. It has been 19 days since the hotel has not given effective communication results, and the excuse is that the leader has not returned on a business trip.
I am very busy at work, and I really don’t have more energy to talk to the hotel for a charger. I hope to describe the situation as a fact, and other consumers choose to evaluate it 😄
ps: The hotel's internal service staff was very good on the day but the hotel management 🤮

A family of 4 can sleep well, the bedding is very comfortable. The room does have a sense of age, it should be renovated. The hotel has its own underground parking lot. There are many charging stations around. I went to the State Grid and it was very good. I recommend it if you drive a tram. The underground parking lot is behind the main entrance of the hotel, and there are not many cars in it.

It was a very pleasant stay. Check-in was very fast. Joyce Yu Shuijun at the front desk was very enthusiastic and introduced me to nearby entertainment facilities and Tianjin's food specialties! The hotel facilities are not bad, the robots are really interesting, but the breakfast coffee is a bit average. The location is on the street but not noisy. It is very quiet at night. You can see Chow Tai Fook in the room. I will choose Binhai Crowne Plaza Hotel again when I come to Tianjin🥰
