We are coming back to you regarding our stay which did not go as we had hoped. Architect working in fashion, this hotel, on photos seemed perfect for us. What a disappointment Contrary to the photos on the site, the hotel is poorly maintained, dirty and without privacy. (bathroom in front of the access to the car park). There is no air conditioning that works, no window that can be opened, no window in the room. What about the dirty installations, the floor full of residues, as well as the interior of the cupboards of the kitchen, and the sink of the toilets, (the solitary) No sink in the bathroom, no hot water in the shower The breakfast service requested by a simple open door (the only one) that we opened at 07:45, arrived at 09:15 It's a very bad experience for us, and we had no choice but to leave. We wrote message to the management, which remained unanswered. No professionalism, and no attention to customers. All of the nights paid in advance have been collected in full, however.

Located in the interior of the island, surrounded by typical Lanzarote vineyards, close to volcanoes and an old lava flow. We only had the noise of the permanent wind, which was very pleasant when the sun was shining. Very warm welcome; the person who received us showed us on a map all the places to visit. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, almost a suite. A large living room with a large bay window, the raised bedroom directly overlooking the living room. A large bathroom and a kitchen area. A terrace overlooking the vineyards where we had an excellent varied and hearty breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful and with a very special design. However, it did not meet our cleanliness expectations and we thought that the value for money was unbalanced. You pay for the design of the room.

I give it one star because of the architecture of the place and because Tripadvisor forces me to. Now, everything else is NOT WORTH the price of the room (200 euros) and I explain it in photos. As you can see, they give us the bathrobes and some TORN towels. They are told all this and Gonzalo was not able to act. A real shame for the price you are paying. When checking in we see two lizards (see photos) that they were not able to remove and downplayed their importance. Site management couldn't be worse. NO ONE came to apologize**** for anything and neither boss came forward to offer any sort of reward for this. From here my deep DISAPPOINTMENT for this site. More defects in the room: poor insulation from the outside when constantly listening to the wind and bad odors in the living room

We found this hotel absolutely magnificent. Incredible architecture. Improbable and idyllic setting in the middle of vineyards and lava fields. Ideal for couples who love decor and calm. Even the dishes are crazy. Good location, quite central for visiting the island.
