We arrived at the hotel at the beginning of the week. We were greeted by a courteous reception staff who quickly took care of our reception at the hotel. The room was big, clean and tidy. A balcony with a view of the Sea of Galilee. Large dining room, courteous service from the waiters, food in a large selection and very tasty. Everyone can find what they like. There is free entry to nearby Hami Tiberias. As well as those who want to visit the nearby tomb of Rabbi Meir Bael Hanes. The hotel has a very large and free parking lot next to it. Although half the hotel was occupied by evacuees from the Galilee, they were not felt there. I highly recommend the hotel and of course we will return to stay there again.

Well it's a Basic hotel in Israel with basic facility and basic food quality, it's all good for it's basic level, but the price is to high for the service level provided. In this light i can't really recommend this place and probably won't be back here again.

Very surprising, it was excellent. The place is 10 minutes from Tiberias city center. near Hami Tiberias. The staff: extremely kind, did everything to make our stay pleasant. Food: abundant, very varied. The hotel surroundings and public areas: a little small pool, not clean, crowded with people especially. A little more attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the public areas. All in all it was a lot of fun, thanks to the hotel staff.

Very nice hotel but service is terrible. The mattresses were separated and we ask to replace them and there Is no answer. Also they didn't clean the room. We had to ask them several times to clean. The food was OK. Too bad, because the hotel has potential. But I won't come back especially because the bad service of the reception.

Good afternoon! We stayed on 18-19 in this hotel. I liked it, the room is spacious, the shower is absolutely super, the kitchen is wonderful, everything is delicious. A small recommendation to the hotel, it’s better to make dessert a little smaller, otherwise you want to try everything, and this means that half is thrown away. ...I forgot about the balcony, we had a view of the Kinneret, in general, we will come again. And we try not to notice the disadvantages on vacation, we didn’t come then.

A reception where people speak poor English, but are helpful. A room that is not completely clean. Apparently our bathroom had been painted, the splashes were still on the floor and they were easy to remove. It doesn't smell very fresh in the rooms and the air conditioning can only be set to a freezer setting. Comfortable, clean beds. Indeed, there is some noise from the performances at the pool in the evening, but that does not last until very late. Too bad you hear the road well, even on the 7th floor. It is very chaotic in the breakfast room with many people walking together at the same time. You could call that fun

As a tour leader of two groups this May, I had bad experiences with dirty rooms, dirty sheets, both times there were parties in Israel and they lasted until midnight and everyone in my group complained about the noise. Lots of people in the hotel, crowded restaurant

The hotel was really full, the breakfast was very filling, but with few staff. The hotel is a little far from the shopping center, it is worth taking a night to visit the shops on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, with several restaurants and shops . We stayed in a Garden room which has direct access to the pool, it was very pleasant.

The hotel building is quite old, we got the room after renovation. The room is spacious, lots of light. View of the lake from the balcony. The downsides are a burnt out light bulb in the bathroom and no safety grab bar in the shower. Food in the hotel is of average quality and variety.
