環境不錯，晚上入住，服務態度很差。我們晚上登記前台小夥子態度很差，我們6個人入住，讓我簽七個單子，明顯就是之前哪個人漏了，讓我們代簽。我説不認識那個人，前台竟然説你簽就行了，和他自己沒關係，然後就不理人，一副無所謂態度。這種服務態度真是呵呵了，挺大個酒店招前台不面試篩選嗎，還是關係户上崗？不會再去了。

當地最好的酒店了，鐵嶺這城市能有個這樣的酒店也很好了。房間很大，前台工作人員很熱情的幫我介紹了房間以及升級了房型。衞生很乾凈，服務非常好。早餐種類很多，總體來説是很好的入住體驗。贊。

當地最大的酒店了，在鐵嶺這種城市能有這樣的酒店就挺好了，前台工作人員服務挺熱情的，還給我介紹當地好吃的和好玩的，去旁邊的龍首山和晚上的夜市溜達了一圈，心情很好。房間挺大的，早餐也相當豐富，滿意的入住體驗。
