"Stayed for a short trip. The hotel facilities were complete and functional, and the hygiene was far superior to other hotels in the same price range. The in-room TV signal was smooth, hot water was available 24/7, and there was ample shelving in the bathroom for toiletries and plenty of storage space for luggage and skincare products. The seating in the downstairs lounge area was clean, and the elevator was regularly maintained and ran smoothly. Attention to detail in cleaning was excellent: no dust on the nightstands or TV cabinet, sheets and duvet covers were changed daily with no stains or hairs, the bathroom floor was dry and non-slip, the mirror was spotless, and the vanity was tidy. The cleaning staff were meticulous, proactively emptying trash and replenishing tissues. The entire room was well-ventilated with no musty smell, clean and fresh, making for a particularly comfortable stay."

"I came to Tieling to attend the wedding of my classmate's child, so I chose to stay here. The layout of the room is very aristocratic and high-end. It is indeed the best hotel in Tieling, bar none. But the biggest problem is that the sewage system in the bathroom reeks of odor, which makes the entire stay feel like a freezing point. We originally planned to stay for two nights, but ended up escaping in a hurry after only staying one night. I feel very sorry for the hotel. Such a beautifully decorated hotel was ruined by this..."

"This was my first time in Tieling, and I chose this hotel. The room was very clean, and the amenities were comprehensive – they even provided contact lens solution and a contact lens case! The elevators weren't crowded and were quite fast. The hygiene details were meticulously taken care of: no dust accumulation anywhere, the bedding was soft, white, and spotless, and the bathroom corners, mirrors, and floor drains were all perfectly clean with no water stains or grime. All the disposable items were brand new and unopened. The public areas were regularly cleaned and disinfected, and the housekeeping service was proactive and thoughtful, tidying the room and replenishing supplies daily. "A quick trip to Tieling, and as I booked late, only rooms at the city's priciest hotel were still available. I had no idea the room would be so spacious. Superior washroom facility and a tremendous panoramic view out the window. Just a few things - the study chair was too low for the table provided. Also, I saw no switch for the bank of lights overhead and it prevented me from reading or working there at night. An unexpected sulfurous odor in the washroom plumbing system. Please look into this. Other than that - fantastic! An excellent breakfast - zao fan buffet!"
