The stay experience was disappointing, and the overall service and management of the hotel still have a lot of room for improvement. The first is the check-in at the front desk. The staff is obviously inexperienced and the efficiency of handling the check-in procedures is very low. Obviously, there are four or five people in the front desk queue, but they often have to wait for a long time, and the whole process is very slow. For a hotel, the front desk is the first link that guests touch when they check in. This efficiency is really difficult to have a good experience. In addition, the hotel's restaurant area is also obviously small, especially the breakfast time, there are more people, it is not enough, often need to queue up. In the morning, it was originally a time for guests to hurry, but it took a lot of time to queue for seats, and it became very troublesome to have breakfast. Overall, the hotel hardware may be OK, but the front desk service efficiency and restaurant capacity obviously can't keep up with the number of occupants. If the hotel itself has a large passenger flow, it should be improved in front desk staff training, processing efficiency and breakfast restaurant capacity. At this price, I don’t think such an experience is worth it.

1 This hotel I chose for this trip is really worth it. The location is particularly excellent. It is very close to the scenic spot and the business district. It can be reached on foot. You don't have to worry about traveling. The room is very clean and tidy, from the ground to the bedding to the bathroom, every detail is well maintained, there is no smell, the softness of the bed is just right, and it is particularly comfortable to sleep. Wang Huan, the front desk staff, has a very warm service attitude. The check-in and check-out speed are very fast. Any questions can be answered patiently. The whole experience is superb and the price is absolutely perfect. I will definitely choose this one next time I come here!

在調兵山這樣的價位，能住到這樣條件的賓館，真的非常的滿意，賓館是新裝修的，條件設施非常好，床非常大，全屋智能很方便，賓館的位置是在一個小巷裡，非常安靜，這一點也是我比較喜歡的地方，可能有的人喜歡鬧市當中，可我更覺得安靜的地方更舒適！, 如果一定要提一點意見的話，我希望賓館能把枕頭換一下，除了保留兩個蓬鬆的枕頭以外，再選兩個比較薄的乳膠枕，參考一下華住會的零壓房！, 個人感覺現在的枕頭剛躺上還可以，時間長了會有一點點不舒服，也就是有一點點高。
