Tieling Hotels with Breakfast

The stay experience was disappointing, and the overall service and management of the hotel still have a lot of room for improvement. The first is the check-in at the front desk. The staff is obviously inexperienced and the efficiency of handling the check-in procedures is very low. Obviously, there are four or five people in the front desk queue, but they often have to wait for a long time, and the whole process is very slow. For a hotel, the front desk is the first link that guests touch when they check in. This efficiency is really difficult to have a good experience. In addition, the hotel's restaurant area is also obviously small, especially the breakfast time, there are more people, it is not enough, often need to queue up. In the morning, it was originally a time for guests to hurry, but it took a lot of time to queue for seats, and it became very troublesome to have breakfast. Overall, the hotel hardware may be OK, but the front desk service efficiency and restaurant capacity obviously can't keep up with the number of occupants. If the hotel itself has a large passenger flow, it should be improved in front desk staff training, processing efficiency and breakfast restaurant capacity. At this price, I don’t think such an experience is worth it.

Very satisfied stay experience. I returned to my hometown on November and the Spring Festival. I chose Hanting Hotel twice. The room was clean and hygienic, modern facilities, the front desk service was very good, and the robot sent the spare parts to the room on time. The price-performance ratio was very high. I will definitely come back next time!

I have lived a few times, but I am afraid I will not choose here in the future. The smell is too unpleasant. Want to use the fragrance of air freshener to cover up the smell of the bathroom and sewer is simply a stealing ring. Or a rag wiped everything when cleaning, making it smell unclean everywhere. The room equipment is very good, it is a pity that it was dragged down by the air quality. I wanted to order a takeaway snack at 9 o'clock in the evening, but the delivery time took about an hour, and the parrot could give up. The breakfast dishes are as salty as ever. I thought the soy milk was not bad last time. I tasted it today. Haha, how much water has this been mixed. The disadvantages have not been changed, the advantages are gone.

I remember the lady at the front desk, who wore glasses, reminded me about the steps to the elevator. This is considered one of the higher-end hotels in Kaiyuan. Overall, it's pretty good. The location is also quite close to Brother Biao's attractions, all within walking distance.

1 This hotel I chose for this trip is really worth it. The location is particularly excellent. It is very close to the scenic spot and the business district. It can be reached on foot. You don't have to worry about traveling. The room is very clean and tidy, from the ground to the bedding to the bathroom, every detail is well maintained, there is no smell, the softness of the bed is just right, and it is particularly comfortable to sleep. Wang Huan, the front desk staff, has a very warm service attitude. The check-in and check-out speed are very fast. Any questions can be answered patiently. The whole experience is superb and the price is absolutely perfect. I will definitely choose this one next time I come here!

Busy for a day. I wanted to find a comfortable hotel and chose Yiju. I found out that it was a special feeling of home after I checked in. The lobby is spacious and bright. The warm service at the front desk is in place and meets all conditions. Going to the hotel is the best choice. It is recommended

The king-size bed room is perfect for one person; it's spacious enough for any situation. The bathroom is also a great feature. After a shower, go upstairs and lie down on the heated kang for a while, then return to your room to relax. Breakfast is until 9:00 PM, so guests are reminded to arrive early. If you're late, there's nothing to do, and no additional meals will be provided.

We are driving through Changtu, take a break from the highway, and book an hourly room for four hours. The room is clean and tidy, there is one elevator, it is estimated that there are more people and you need to be patient. Close to the train station, the surrounding environment is good, there are many small restaurants, very convenient.

I was surprised that there is such a fine hotel in Kaihara. It feels like an old-fashioned hotel, but there is no problem with the water area. I don't think there is a problem with the receptionist's feeling. However, it is strange that there is an ashtray even though there is a non-smoking mark in the room. If you leave the bathroom door open, you will smell of cigarettes and sewage, so I think that is negative. It's good to walk from the station, but it's a pity that there aren't many shops around. I'd be happy if there was a tea bag as well as water.
