早餐很豐富，床躺上去也很舒服，睡得很好。順便説前台小姐姐服務非常好，最開始訂的房間家人反映有異味，很爽快的幫忙調房了。家人在入住的時候還幫我們倒茶，非常貼心。好評。

酒店很好，五一來鐵嶺玩，前台經理服務很好，給推薦了當地的火勺還有二人轉，很有特點，那個火勺好好吃。

很滿意！ 房間乾淨整潔，工作人員態度很好，又幫我升級了房型，房間很大，睡得也很舒服，地下停車場重新裝修過，以前來的時候挺昏暗的，現在特別明亮寬敞。鐵嶺就這家酒店有地下停車場了，停車比較方便。還會再來。
