The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the hotel very comfortable. Our room was kept spotless and the bathroom re-stocked every day. Breakfast was very good and varied. I loved that we could leave our skis and boots at Vallon Blanche ski rental, just down the steps from the hotel, and from there we just had to cross the road to reach the lifts and could ski right back at the end of the day.

This was our second year staying at this hotel and it was not as good as the previous year. Such a shame it’s a great location and the staff are lovely. The boot room electrics were broken and only upon enquiry were we advised to take our boots somewhere else to dry. The breakfast offering was considerably less than last year and the overall food wasn’t up to the same standard as last year. The hotel clearly needs inves**ent, it’s looking tired in places. I would have gone back for a third year had it been of the same standard as last year but sadly I will go elsewhere.

We were upgraded to a mountain view room as the hotel wasn't full and it was a spectacular view! Room was cozy but there was enough room for two of us and our stuff. The lounge area on the main floor is inviting and cozy, and you can borrow playing cards and other games. The breakfast was very good and provided savory and sweet options. We opted for half board and visited the partner restaurants as well as the hotel restaurant and liked some better than others. As it is taste-dependent, I recommend trying all the restaurant options if you chose half-board. Had a lovely massage in the hotel spa and enjoyed the sauna. The hotel is walk on/walk off to the slopes, not ski on/off. The hill you walk down is steep and slippery so ask if you can leave your skis at their partner ski shop, Vallon Blanc, for a much easier walk across the street to the slopes. Took the AlpyBus to and from Geneva Airport which was convenient. Will definitely return for another ski holiday.

Myself and my two teenage children stayed for 5 nights. The location of the hotel is ideal in the centre of Tignes 2100 just 5 min walk from the ski lifts and facilities. The spa and boot room on the bottom floor is well set up for preparing for skiing and some relaxation. The family room was comfortable if ia little tight and in need of little updating. It had a balcony and great view of the slopes. We stayed on a half board basis and my 2 children are Coeliac (severe gluten allergy). The hotel staff including the chef could not have been more accomodating - including cooking a separate dish for my daughter on request - and we were all able to enjoy lovely meals without issue. We also took advantage of the 'dine around' capability with one of the other hotels and the food was similarly excellent and accommodating of our circumstances. The staff helped us with everything from sourcing ski passes, organising transfers and receiving amazon parcels. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for a very comfortable stay in a relaxed friendly a**osphere with access to the ski slopes.

Great location and staff, spoilt by strange dinner menu with limited choice not good value. Breakfast excellent with wide choice. Boot room electrics failed on day one and could not be fixed - cold damp boots! Peaceful nights sleep in good room every night. This was once a superb private family hotel. The new group owners need to support their staff and spend some money to upgrade and maintain this beautiful old savoyard hotel the difference between staying in 2018 to 2024 is startling. The staff were great.

Nice little hotel with a friendly a**osphere. Enjoyed a half board with good breakfasts and dinners. One could also have dinner at the other hotels within the same group which we tried once. Small simple spa woth outdoor pool, various saunas - nothong fancy but nice and just enough after a day of skiiing
