"Our experience at the hotel was incredibly disappointing. After a full day of travel, we arrived past 11 pm only to find no one available to assist us with checking into our rooms, despite numerous attempts to contact them by phone. Forced to endure negative temperatures, we ended up sleeping on the reception floor until 8 am when the receptionist finally arrived. Instead of offering an apology, she shockingly began screaming at us, displaying a sarcastic, rude, and unhelpful attitude. Adding to our frustration, we were required to pay a 300 euro deposit for each room, a fee the staff seemed intent on retaining by any means necessary. Suppressing our complaints about the harrowing treatment, we endured further aggression from the receptionist just to gain access to our rooms. To our dismay, the nightmare continued as we discovered the room was excessively dirty, lacking bed sheets (available at an additional cost of 50 euros for stained and dirty sheets). The window had a gap, allowing cold air to permeate the room, and the heating system was barely functional, leaving us without sufficient duvets. The broken fridge with a malfunctioning door, unclean toilets, and the absence of towels or toilet paper further exacerbated our ordeal. Adding insult to injury, the only provisions left in the room were cleaning products, a cruel reminder that guests were expected to fully deep clean the apartment upon checkout. Failure to meet their standards risked losing the deposit or facing additional charges for missing items in the rooms. In light of our dreadful experience, I strongly advise against choosing this accommodation, even if it appears to be the only option available. Our encounter was nothing short of a nightmare, and based on conversations with fellow guests during our stay, it seems our experience was not unique. I can assure you, this is an establishment I would never consider returning to."

"This was our first stay at this hotel and we have booked for next year already. The room was superb, clean, roomy and warm. The corridors may be a little cool, but so what. Boot rooms were the best ever, individual lockers which were roomy and with individual boot & glove heaters. Dinner in Les chanterelles was exteremely varied and interesting, but always superb The restaurant staff were all very good, particularly the supervisors. The hotel is well situated for ski-in/ out."

"This is the second time I've been to this hotel, but unfortunately this time I had an unpleasant experience. The airline delayed our luggage and I rented ski helmets from the hotel for me and my wife until we got our luggage back - that is, 3 days. Upon departure, I paid the bill with the hotel services. Since I was going to recover the rental price from my insurance, I asked for an detailed bill and thus I noticed that we had been charged for the entire period of the stay (10 days) and not just for the actual rental period. They told me that they did not know how to immediately cancel the card payment that had already been made and that they would contact me in the following days. Not only did no one contact me, but I came back repeatedly, both by phone and by email, and over a month after the event I did not receive my money back. Disappointing... I still give it 3 points because, otherwise, the hotel is ok."

"Absolutely outstanding . 10/10 for service, food, accommodation, location, transport , concierge service . Our family of 5 had the most wonderful holiday . Nothing was too much trouble and staff were available 24/7 . Jo ( the concierge) was the most helpful, caring, reliable, warm person. It felt like we were in our home away from home. Thank you to ALL the staff!( front desk , ski room , kitchen , house keeping , transport etc etc ) We will be retuning in January 2025 again."

"We had a very enjoyable stay in Hotel Les Campanules. The best part of the hotel was the staff who were all friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Great hospitality from them all, from the cleaners to the managers. We were in a comfort room and really appreciated a bath, my only complaint would be that the carpet was worn and dirty by our room entrance door - only reason I haven't given the 5 stars. Really enjoyed the hotel food including taking up the offer to dine in one of their sister hotels on two evenings."
