Personnel au top Très bon sens du service Beaux espaces, belle déco Service voiturier très appréciable. Seul bémol : pas assez de lumière, et partout. En effet , piscine, bar , accueil, pas assez clarteux pour lire ou travailler. Dommage. Soins au spa très bien

Personnel qui a toujours le sourire Chambre très chaleureuse, lit très confortable Ambiance générale très cocooning Petit déjeuner dans la salle du restaurant étoilé avec des qualités de produits incroyables. Service de voiturier au top avec un chauffeur très sympathique , bref un très bon moment dans un très bel endroit

Nous nous rendons tous les ans dans ce magnifique hôtel en famille ou entre amis. On se sent comme chez soi, la decoration est toujours très soignée, les restaurants Bouvier sont tous sublimes. Et SURTOUT, la gentillesse du personnel est franchement hors norme.

The hotel is superlative in every way. The staff are the highlight from long before we arrived through to personally seeing us onto our transfer back to Geneva. The downstairs amenities are delightful and comfortable; also relaxed and relaxing. I could eat their breakfast forever. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Definitely going back and would recommend to anyone who likes being comfortable and well looked after.

Exactly what luxury is about for me. A great service but discreet for all the team. Everybody working to make your holidays joyful, successful and unique. The breakfast is perfect to be ready for a nice journey of ski. The availability of the car service to be able to go easily at Tignes Le Lac is unique. The smile of the team for any request is really pleasant.

Excellent hotel. Very knowledgeable and curtious staff. Great location in the villafe of Val Claret. We were planning on arriving much earlier than expected. WE arrived very late and yet the staff was extremely competent and helpful with our luggage,

Commençons par l'accueil très sympathique qui donne le sentiment d'arriver dans un endroit connu. Ensuite, le passage par la chambre très bien décorée. Seul le fonctionnement du mitigeur de la baignoire est trop complexe par rapport à son design. Le spa est très agréable, notamment du fait de la taille de la piscine, malgré le non fonctionnement de la partie hammam, ce jour-là. Le dîner au restaurant l'Ursus est exceptionnel. Les formalités de départ sont très rapidement traitées et un petit geste original de départ est très agréable.
