I like the head laundry guy and the cook in the restaurant. This small, old hotel is clean and the water to shower is hot. It is up grading. Repainting walls and upgrading a few other things. It definately is worn but I repeat clean and the location can't be beat. It is close to the border, the shopping, the malls, downtown...acrossed from the Marriot and GolF Campestre and Mercado de Todos and 5/10 if you want to shop where the locals do.

We'll see. This hotel is for someone who will only use the room to sleep. There is nothing in this hotel that encourages nobody to stay**** beyond sleep hours. There is no extra mentionable: neither gym nor pool nor common areas of any kind. Someone said it was a motel transformed into hotel, and that's exactly what it seems. Now: one is paying very little and what he receives is that, very little. Just a bed, a bathroom and a TV. I want to make it clear that this is not necessarily a negative criticism: I just say what it is. Leo guests who thought to find **** for 40 dollars with a well-placed hotel. I don't know where these people live. The hotel is a hotel that fulfils its function of providing us a bed and so far. Something clean and half comfortable to sleep. Parking is quite wide because there are two (do not take care of those who say it is very small). I didn't try the restaurant food. I didn't feel unsure. There are people who say they've stolen him. Don't dismiss them. But if that's the case, I think they should put some security guards for the night. I didn't see any.

The website, WhatsApp, and phone has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. IF you make a reservation which I do not recommend, do not use their website. Use a 3rd party because anyone's customer service will be better than theirs. I made a reservation on their own website for 4 nights but accidentally made it at the wrong Tijuana City Express Hotel (the names are almost identical) #13932220. I realized this very soon after and contacted Customer Service on their WhatsApp account just 25 minutes after making the reservation asking for my reservation to be moved to the correct hotel. Representative Alberto Campos did not fix this. Basically, their headquarters had terrible and difficult customer service. I do not recommend them. I had to make a second reservation at the Tijuana City Express I needed to stay at. I told the night clerk that checked me in about the issue (being double-charged) and the manager. The manager told me to call and email their customer service. I spoke with Monica at that number but she was not helpful. In fact, I do not trust it was her name. She would not let me speak to a manager or give me the name of her manager and hung up on me (and I have a witness on this).

We use this hotel for one night, it is 10 minutes from the airport, making it excellent for those who come on express trip. We were in the room and we were able to get a packet of 200 pesos for the TV and air conditioning checks. The clean room but a little old yet with all its facilities except a mini-fridge. The hotel is well located as you can find a xxo, a small new square, tacos in the night (I recommend tacos my house), trucks and ”taxi routes” going to the center/line and airport. The hotel has a cost of 80 pesos to transport to the airport.
