"All very clean and excellent attention from all the hotel team, just breakfast is very “simply” and there is not always the same variety: egg with sauce, sauce toops for chilaquiles, beans (very good by the way) that only with strong dish, juice, milk and coffee."

"This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need. The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back."

"Very bad service, they don't change sheets, much less clean the room, and if they do, it's charged as an extra fee, $280. ​​There are no clean sheets in the bathroom and if you want towels or paper or soap, you have to go down to the reception for them,...very bad attention and service, this has never happened to me in any hotel in Tijuana,...One more thing, their air conditioning equipment makes a lot of noise, it doesn't let you rest and they don't answer the report. It's a flimsy prelude to the expanse that a 30-bedroom hotel should authentically represent. A walk through the confined corridors leads you to the rooms which, regrettably, also echo the narrative of limitation. As you move deeper into the quarters, the crimped dimensions unfold rather starkly. One can't help but consider the bathrooms as a mere afterthought. Suited to the needs of a minimalist, their size threatens to confine rather than accommodate. With showers that barely offer free movement, it's a restroom experience that is far from luxurious. Furthermore, the room size itself epitomizes compact living. The accommodations, restricted in their realm, leave scant room for sprawling comfort. However, it's worth mentioning that for lone travelers or those with a penchant for coziness, the small room size can be a unique allure. On a brighter note, this diamond in the rough does hold a surprising facet at its zenith. The roof of the hotel unfolds a panoramic view of the urban tapestry. Eyes meeting the skyline, skyscrapers standing tall like guard posts, and the city lights dancing to the beats of a never-ending nightlife, endow an unforgettable experience. Therefore, despite the hotel's petite dimensions and limited amenities, this aspect proves to be an intriguing silver lining. Thus, to encapsulate, the hotel encapsulates an interesting dichotomy - of limited space and extensive views. It's an experience that tests your penchant for comfort against your desire to be close to the city's arterial pulse. Undoubtedly, this hotel might not be the epitome of luxury, yet it offers elements that appeal to certain tastes while enhancing one's city stay with invaluable city vistas."
