GGuest UserThe entrance of the hotel is a business district, so it feels very safe. The hotel room also needs to swipe the room card to go up. The hotel room is also very large and the hotel breakfast is not bad.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. The room was very clean, well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is also great and convenient to many places. Overall, excellent service and a relaxing stay. JJeff Cole, Ed.D.A clean and comfortable hotel in a very safe and upscale part of Tijuana. You are a five minute walk to shopping at Plaza Rio, and a 10 minute walk to the Tijuana cultural center. Revolution street is about a 15 minute walk. Uber is now in Tijuana so transportation is easy and safe too.

GGuest UserHad an amazing stay at this hotel during a Music Festival. Definitely enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet and which was staffed by amazing and friendly people who went above and beyond to make our stay great. Celia did an amazing job serving our table and being highly attentive to our groups needs. Will definitely recommend this place in the future.

RRalph MxThe place is old in all senses, the bed had a big stain and even that I asked two days to change the bed sheets, they did not change it. The sink and shower had issues with the drain (they fixed it after my complains).
The breakfast is great and unique, highly recommendable the food and high-quality service from chefs and waiters. Very recommendable!

AAnonymous UserIt is about the same level as domestic express hotels such as Home Inn and Hanting. The room is about 20 square meters, quite clean, without slippers. It is 5 kilometers away from the airport, not 1.7 kilometers. It takes less than 10 minutes during non-peak hours, and it may take more than 30 minutes if there is a traffic jam during peak hours.
The front desk service is not bad. Breakfast is mainly sandwiches, accompanied by milk, coffee, juice, fruit, etc. It is not rich, but you can eat well.
The shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport is fixed at 6, 8, and 10 o'clock. You need to take a taxi to go there at other times. Uber is 100 pesos during off-peak hours and about 150 pesos during peak hours.
The hotel next to it is about 50 yuan cheaper, in the same group, but the air conditioning is not as good as this one.
