Hotel Santa Fe

This place is excellent it has its own parking lot that is gated for guests only

My room was not ready and was told I had to wait 3 hours what kind of hotel does that.

For the not bad

The staff was unfriendly, they had no parking available. They lie in the listing stating parking is included but it costs extra and they gave away our room even though we had a reservation. 0/10

Check in is until 7pm, which we knew, however my bf called and asked if we can check in at 9:30 and Fernando on the phone said yes. Once we check in, it was another guy and he said no we can’t check in because it’s after 7pm. After traveling for hours, it was frustrating hearing that! He told me to cancel the ******* and rebook it. Why?? And I couldn’t even cancel it so he made a new reservation which makes no sense. Anyway, we finally got the key and the rooms are extremely hot!!!!!!!! We had a horrible first night. The rooms have no ac and that was my mistake for not checking. We literally had to sleep with the door cracked open so fresh air can go in. Very suffocating room. The next morning we checked out immediately and found a different hotel around the corner with ac. Customer service was horrible and the rooms are horrible. Do NOT book here and pay more so you can get something better!!

Good overall

Great so far just terrible internet connection in my room. The staffs are very kind and professional ☺️
