Being very ill, I asked for help with my car so many times. English was fine. The receptionist said it was safe where it was after I pointed to the area. After trying so hard for the parking lot location She waved her hand in a general direction. Unfortunately from her assurance of the 'safe' location my car was stolen after a short period I went to move it to the lot, it was gone. I was shocked that it was towed by criminals. The same young girl later laughed saying this was how 'criminal' Tijuana is. With uber, wreckless aggresive driving everywhere, parking is so hard, even for locals. It's just shocking they do not help customers. The disinterest in such a misfortunate theft was just bewildering, making a horrible experience so much worse.

The room was suffocating no windows but it was cheap it was ok but I don’t see my self staying here again

El servicio no me gustó, el personal no fue amable, las instalaciones y limpieza estan bien, si cuenta con estacionamiento y super cerca de la zona centro.

Buena ubicación, pero encontré dos cucarachas en mi habitación, la televisión con los canales regulares se veía muy mal. Olvidé una chamarra y cuando hable para ir por ella me dijeron que no tienen politica de objetos olvidados que las camaristas deciden que hacer con los objetos que se encuentran.
