They say breakfast included but they fail to say you only get bread, coffee, and fruit. You have to pay “extra” for the actual served made to order food. The VIP upgrades are not worth it at this hotel.

Fué una grata experiencia el servicio la atención del personal es excelente. Quizás lo que me pasó es que no reserve con tiempo el servicio de traslado gratis al aeropuerto y tendría que esperar, decidí irme en taxi, más eso fué culpa mía.
Volvería con gusto.

Programe mi servicio al aeropuerto la noche anterior para las 6 am , dos veces pase a recepción durante la noche para confirmar, lo anotaron y en la mañana me dicen que de 6 a 7 am no tienen el servicio. Tuve que pagar un taxi y pagarlo de mi bolsa cuando yo por esa razón seleccione ese hotel por el servicio gratis al aeropuerto; si me hubieran dicho desde la noche que a esa hora no tienen servicio habría solicitado irme a las 5 am sin problema pero me confirmaron y después de su error debieron pagar el taxi o ofrecerme alguna solución

La estancia en este hotel, es una experiencia mágica; sobretodo por la amabilidad de todos los empleados, en especial del gerente Gerardo. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas: perfectas si necesitas hospedar grupos grandes, además la ubicación es perfecta para poder salir a conocer los alrededores. Para finalizar, la experiencia se complementa ya que cuentan con transporte que te puede recoger en el aeropuerto y llevarte al hotel; algo muy útil, más si es primera vez que estás en Tijuana. Gracias por todo y esperamos regresar con ustedes.

El servicio es excelente, desde que llegué, Kassandra y Brian me trataron con mucha familiaridad y respeto, la habitación está muy limpia y cómoda. Los empleados te tratan siempre con una sonrisa y eso hace que quieras volver. Muy cerca de restaurantes diversos.

Fue un lindo experiencia me toco un chofer y tambien una linda receptionista (Kass) que me ayudo mi familia. Son mi ayudantes y tambien muy disponibles en hacer tu experiencia positivo. Tambien nos dieron cafe despues de hora de room service.
