Le hicimos la reserva uno de nuestros clientes y al llegar al hotel nos dijo que la reserva no estaba hecha ya que el hotel no pidió el cobro a *******. El cliente tuvo que pagar nuevamente. Pésimo servicio.

The location is amazing if you don’t mind noise and want to be close to everything. Right in the middle of revu! The lobby looks super nice but beyond that the hotel needs major upgrades. We stayed in a standard room and walked in to a very damp smell. The tiny bathroom has no ventilation and lots of mildew. There was hair all over the floor and walls from previous guests and the entire room looked like it was “cleaned” very minimally, meaning pretty much the bed was changed and trash taken out. We were rejected by the front desk when we requested extra towels and thought that was really weird. We asked for an extra blanket and were given three weird towel sized thin blankets that would barely cover a child. Overall we would maybe stay again due to convenience but would definitely look elsewhere first.
