We'll see. This hotel is for someone who will only use the room to sleep. There is nothing in this hotel that encourages nobody to stay**** beyond sleep hours. There is no extra mentionable: neither gym nor pool nor common areas of any kind. Someone said it was a motel transformed into hotel, and that's exactly what it seems. Now: one is paying very little and what he receives is that, very little. Just a bed, a bathroom and a TV. I want to make it clear that this is not necessarily a negative criticism: I just say what it is. Leo guests who thought to find **** for 40 dollars with a well-placed hotel. I don't know where these people live. The hotel is a hotel that fulfils its function of providing us a bed and so far. Something clean and half comfortable to sleep. The hotel has a very ambiguous distribution, it seems that it has been growing and expanding where it could. The location is good, close to banks, squares and food places. The room is quite basic and a bit doubtful in terms of cleanliness, it suddenly gives the impression of being in a motel. The cleaning service is also not the best you will see. They include a continental breakfast that is very basic and consumption in the restaurant is quite expensive.

The Wi-Fi is down every moment and the refreshing machine returns the tickets I never could buy in it. The bottle of water in the room should be a little bigger and the TV signal is very bad

There are just way better hotels to stay at, where you can get better service in an area more conducive to walking around without needing a taxi. We booked this hotel because of its star ratings. We enjoy staying in nice hotels! This hotel is a 3 star at best based off the services provided by the staff alone. They missed so many little details it’s SAD! I am here on a medical recovery so we ordered lots of room service. Not ONCE did they get our orders correct. Each time the staff had to return 1-2 times to bring things back and looked frustrated that they had to bring things that they had forgotten. Last straw was I ordered a salad and they didn’t bring dressing, they took 30 minutes to bring the dressing and then asked for a charge correction because they made yet another mistake! We ordered drinks several times with no ice buckets and waited an hour for that also. The room was poorly cleaned. Leaving trash cans with no trash bags inside of them. We went out for a walk so they could clean the room and again. Poor job cleaning, floor not swept, still no trash bags in the garbage and bathroom not cleaned well. The area isn’t the best, the streets are wild so it’s difficult to just take a walk across the street unless you are literally running across. It isn’t really near anything. The room next to us had children staying there that we could easily hear all night. Not blaming the children it’s just the rooms are not very sound proof at all.

i had a great time at my stayed, great service ,and clean rooms ,and the location is close to all restaurants and stores in the area,the parking area is safe with security 24 hours.They are really profesionals when you call for your reservations

Let me just start by saying this hotel and their staff were great! I went down there to take my daughter for a medical procedure. I dropped her off at 8 a.m. but their check in time is 3 p.m.. They bent over backwards to help me out and had a room ready by 11 a.m.. The rooms very extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel is taking extreme precautions due to Covid. They take your temperature at the door, supply hand sanitizer, and all employees are wearing masks with servers also wearing gloves. I ate multiple meals at the restaurant with the food being good, not very expensive, and again the waiters being so friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a shutter service and they drove me to the hospital to pick up my daughter so I didn't have to navigate the confusing streets of Tijuana. And as I was leaving, the nicest thing they did for me was to actually lead me to the border entrance we needed by following the shuttle driver there. If I go to Tijuana again, this is the only hotel I would stay in.

I was in this fantastic hotel to celebrate the independence of Mexico from September 15 to 16, this hotel has the largest rooms, comfortable, impeccable, amenities and the best thing is the terrace that is on the top floor with an exceptional view, prices They are very reasonable, but best of all is the great team they have, starting with the reception, everyone is very professional and very friendly and with a warm welcoming smile.

Very satisfied, the environment is good, the space is spacious, and it comes with kitchen tools. I can cook noodles, especially for foreigners who are not used to eating local food. This is especially helpful.

The room is spacious and the surrounding area is safe.
