Clean and spacious apartments. Reasonable cost and value for money. Nice eating places close by.

As a short resting place on the way, it is relatively simple. It is very close to Caroline Beach on foot. It is not very convenient to walk to the town center. It is not very far to see the blue penguins.

The room is large, with air conditioning in the living room and wall heaters in two rooms

Easy access to the beach, very busy outside but didn’t listen anything while in my room. If I could choose I’d ask for a view, even the street, just to keep busy while inside. But definitely a good place to stay.

Excellent place to stay! Kitchen fully stocked, everything nice and super clean. Great bathroom, loved the high end toiletries. Bed comfortable and nice linens. Quiet AC and good sleep.

Wonderful accommodation, Sandra was so helpful and friendly, very comfortable beds and very clean and tidy. Great location to walk to beach or town. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay again.

The Bay Viaduct is my go-to when staying in Timaru. The rooms are superbly modern and up-market, the views are pretty bloody outstanding and it's located just a short stroll from numerous restaurants. Cross the road and you're at Caroline Bay and the fantastic park that's part of it.

Room 26 has a window above the bed and it is like a basement. It was a bit claustrophobic. But overall the room is good, very comfortable and good size. The ladies at the reception are so adorable.

Parking was available. Was up 2 flights of stairs and had to carry luggage.
