A very pleasant stay, staff very helpful and attentive,the hotel very comfortable, the food was of a high standard, a nice hotel

I too had issues with a parking fine. I attended a wedding and was told the parking system was turned off due to the amount of people in attendance. Fast forward 2.5 weeks. I then received an email from my car leasing company to say that they had received notification of a parking fine of £100 from when I attended this wedding. I contacted the hotel and got the fine cancelled with relative ease to be fair but because the leasing company got involved there was now an additional admin fee of £14.40 I had to pay so I am out of pocket regardless. I know parking issues are a common problem at the hotel and I am certainly not happy with them, all the above was totally unnecessary and avoidable and has put a bad taste on the day. Why say it is turned off when clearly they are still capturing parking?

the service from Joanna and Alice was perfect from as soon as i was welcomed and the front desk to finishing my meal . thankyou so much for making my experience even better so i will be coming back in the future . i appreciate your hard work and help

Lovely hotel - well situated for a visit to Huddersfield. Comfortable bed, lovely shower and the restaurant food was lovely. The grounds are pretty and views are wonderful. The staff - Mia, Kian H, Abi, April, Eva and Charley looked after us very well. Thank-you.

Hardly slept due to plumbing noise throughout the night. On advising staff told they knew and it was being fixed. No compensation offered so, no return.

Had an enjoyable few days stay at Cedar Court hotel with a group. Good service and good food from Charley, Andy, Iola, Klan B and Becky B and the chefs Pete, Luke and Joe. Staff responsive to requests and made our short break very relaxing. Conveniently located for motorway and access to Yorkshire.

One night stay to go to a local gig. Arrived at tea time and quite a few people checking in. Hotel had experienced some difficulties with rooms not quite ready and were at 100% capacity. Abbie and her colleague on reception were kind, smiling and very helpful despite being under some pressure - customer service at its best. A little challenge with room we were first assigned but very quickly resolved with an upgrade and free drink. In the end the comfiest bed and beautiful room/suite. Would definitely recommend. Thanks
