Pretty awesome. Love the bungalow, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and an air conditioner working well. I residual enjoyed the jungle setting and all of the birds. This review isn't long enough blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Done

Very dirty, pools unusable. Toilets have no water. Shower cold. Air condition does not work. No glass or cups in the room. Reception Takes Note of the Complaints, but they do nothing. Breakfast inadequate. No Black Tea. I'll be glad when we leave again.

This Hotel is not as bad as some of the recent reviews say. Yes the buildings are a bit run down, but the setting is beautiful and peaceful and the restaurant is romantic. Our Standard King room had hot water, good a-c, a balcony and a comfortable bed.

We do not recommend this hotel. Very unfortunate because they have a superb site but unfortunately very poorly exploited… The spa does not exist, it is an abandoned building, the swimming pools are not clean and the rooms are deteriorating due to lack of maintenance (poor air conditioning, faucets in poor condition, mold, etc.)

The location has enough potential to turn it into something beautiful, the location is beautiful. Spacious. Unfortunately the place looks like it hasn't had any guests in years. Leaves in the pool, broken lamps, messy. Many accommodations but hardly any guests, which is a shame. There is no range and no WiFi in the rooms. Fine for 1 night. The restaurant staff is very friendly and does their best!

This place has great potential, I can only assume the covid scamdemic took its toll here. Every part of this place is in need of repair and maintenance. The pools are cracking and falling apart. Poolside furnishings are rotting and dangerous. Our room 303 would lock but not secure. No TV, wifi, phone, refrigerator or anything in the room. We had to take chairs from the neighboring rooms balcony. The ceiling in the closet was moldy and rotted away from an old AC leak. I had to clean the showerhead so that it would work. The toilet seat was not even connected. We felt bad for the staff because you could tell they tried hard to do the best with what they had. This place has huge potential if someone takes it over and sinks some money into it. If not I am afraid it will not be around much longer.

worst hotel made during our beautiful tour in Mexico! to get to the structure you need to travel 2 km on a dirt road with potholes as big as chasms. As soon as we reached the room we found lots of dead insects the size of a 50 cent coin inside. the worst thing is that these insects also entered at night because the windows have cracks and are not well sealed, preventing us from sleeping. the swimming pools are actually ponds, as they are left to themselves and are not cleaned like most of the structure. the only positive aspect was arriving in the morning and leaving this structure.

Very nice hotel in a magnificent setting. We stayed in a beautiful room as a family. Very well organized and clean room (hot water, shampoo). The hotel has two swimming pools. The first one at the edge of the restaurant was very clean. On the other hand, the second (with the stones) was not very clean. Arriving in the dark after the Chichen Itza sound and light show was complex because there were no light indications in place to see the entrance to the hotel. The restaurant is theoretically open until 8 p.m., but the staff there stayed until 9:45 p.m. without problem. Positive or negative point (depending on how you see it): there is no WiFi in the rooms and at the swimming pool. Thank you for your service.
